Andrea Snipes-Booker, Esquire

Associate Attorney

Andrea started her career at Theta, LLC, as a Corporate Transaction Associate Attorney. Before joining the firm, Andrea worked as an Associate Subrogation Counsel for Corporate companies, managing their subrogation claims and liens.

Andrea graduated with honors from Marshall University with a Criminal Justice and Psychology Bachelor’s Degree. Andrea demonstrated her exceptional work ethic and determination by concurrently playing for the Thundering Herd’s Women’s Volleyball team. She continued her academic journey at the University of Central Florida, earning a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice with honors. Andrea earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as co-chair of the SBA Diversity and Inclusion Committee and as a member of the Dispute Resolution Board, Student Leadership and Development Committee, and Secretary of the Black Law Students Association. While in law school, Andrea was a law clerk for Maxey-Fisher, PLLC, focusing on Intellectual Property and Copyright Matters. Andrea also served as a law clerk for Roc Nation, LLC.
