Amber Inman is the Managing Partner of Kampf, Inman & Associates, P.A., where she leads a diverse legal practice focused on litigation and trial advocacy. With extensive courtroom experience and a client-centered approach, Amber represents individuals, businesses, and property owners in a wide range of matters, including civil litigation, criminal defense, traffic violations, driver’s license issues, landlord/tenant disputes, injunctions, replevin actions, and probate and guardianship proceedings.

Amber is known for her thorough preparation, effective advocacy, and ability to navigate complex legal disputes through both negotiation and litigation. She has handled matters at every stage—from pre-suit strategy to jury trial—and has appeared before judges and juries throughout Florida’s state courts.

She is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and is qualified to serve as a court-appointed arbitrator throughout the state, offering clients and colleagues alternative options for dispute resolution grounded in her practical litigation insight.

Amber is active in the legal community, serving as a board member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and supporting professional development through the Young Lawyers Division. She previously co-chaired the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Law Week Committee and is a graduate of the HCBA Bar Leadership Institute (Class of 2018).

Amber began her legal career at the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office, where she defended thousands of clients from arrest through trial. Her early success in securing case dismissals and favorable outcomes laid the foundation for her career as a formidable trial attorney.

Amber earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she served as Article Editor of the Law Review and President of the International Law Students Association. She also interned with the Honorable Lisa Campbell in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida.
